Shipping & COD Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled or edited from our side. Coupons codes are to be used by the customer at checkout. We cannot edit or use coupon codes once the order is placed.

2. Most courier companies works on OTP verified delivery system in India. The customer is responsible to provide a correct workable Indian number while placing an order. We cannot change the number once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

3. Customer will get a confirmation call after a COD order has been placed. We will only ship the order after we get a telephonic confirmation from the customer.

4. All orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days except preorder items. 
For preorder items, timeline can be checked on the website besides product name or contact WhatsApp customer support.

5. Under express delivery option on the website, the delivery is 99% guaranteed. 

Please note- There could be a delay in the event of natural calamity, extreme weather conditions, cancelled flights or acts of God. 
Amossh holds no responsibility for timely product delivery under any of the aforementioned conditions.

6. Standard delivery timeline within India is 2-14 working days. Kindly whatsapp (+91 8849993754) us for more accurate delivery timeline. Order deliveries can happen anytime between 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. on all days. We cannot expedite or request deliveries within a particular timeframe.

7. If the delivery status shows delivered but you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hours of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 48 hours, courier companies does not accept any delivery dispute.

8. Every COD order is sent after a telephonic or whatsapp confirmation with the customer. If the customer doesnt respond on calls and text/whatsapp messages for 3 consecutive days, the order stands cancelled. 

9. In the event of non acceptance of COD orders even after telephonic confirmation with our customer support executive, Amossh holds the right to reject any future COD order to the same name, number, address or in any manner that deems fit to the company.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!

Shipping charges on orders will be calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country, package size and weight.

All orders are usually shipped within 1-4 working days. If there’s a ‘prebook’ item, it takes 15 working days to dispatch. 

Transit time is 5-15 working days depending on the location. 
We primarily use FedEx & DHL for all international shipments. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Our prices do not include custom duty. VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per the country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID.
