1. No returns.
2. ⁠Exchange can be availed by messaging on our customer service number within two days of receiving the package. Unboxing video (from start to end without any interruption) is a must to raise any exchange request.The label should be clearly visible in the video
3. ⁠Products cannot be exchanged beyond the above mentioned timeline.
4. For any product broken or compromised during transit, exchange will be FREE. For any other reason, if exchange is being requested the charges will be ₹ 200 which includes reverse pickup & shipping back.
