We do not offer return or refund for a change of mind.
All product pictures are clicked under daylight using Iphone to provide the customers with authentic pictures & videos. Kindly make sure to check the product description and dimensions before placing an order with us.

Scenarios of exchange along with resolution provided-
1. If the product quality is compromised (major dents,broken ) or a wrong product is sent from our side We ship the new product immediately after reverse pickup is done. Reverse pickup is done in 2-3 days once request is shared. The shipping charges (to & fro) is paid by the company. We provide reverse pickup facilities as most pincodes, however in some areas it might not be possible, in this case the customer has to ship back the product themselves and charges as per actuals or Rs. 100 will be reimbursed for the same. Product pickup and recieving at the warehouse takes about 7-10 days. So please be patient
b. You don’t like how the products looks or fits Reverse pickup is chargable at 150₹ . A store credit (valid for a year) or another product can be sent as per customer’s choice.
For exchange you need to email us at support@amossh.com or Whatsapp on our customer care within 2 days of recieving the package.
Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product.
Mandatory Requirements
An unboxing video needs to be added. In the video, the outer label & AWB number should be clearly visible. The video should be sent without any cuts or interruption. If these points are not followed, we wont be able to proceed with the exchange.
The product needs to be sent in its original packaging & jewellery is to be placed inside the ziplock. If it is found that the damage has occured because the product was not packed in ziplock and carton by the customer, the charges are to be borne by the buyer.
An exchange product will be sent within 3 days of receiving the product.
