Return & Exchange policy

We do not offer return or refund for a change of mind.

All product pictures are clicked under daylight using Iphone to provide the customers with authentic pictures & videos. Kindly make sure to check the product description and dimensions before placing an order with us. More pictures & videos can be checked on saved highlights on Instagram handle. SS denotes Stainless Steel & 925 denotes 925 Sterling Silver.

An exchange will only be issued if the product quality is compromised (major dents,broken ) or a wrong product is sent from our side .

You need to email us within 2 days of recieving the package at support@amosh.co.in

Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty product.

If the product has quality issues or is broken during transit, we will pay for both way shipping charges capped at Rs. 100 each side.

If the exchange is due to change of mind, the shipping charges to & fro are to be paid by the buyer.

Mandatory Requirements –

An unboxing video needs to be added. In the video, the outer label & AWB number should be clearly visible. The video should be without any cuts or interruption. If these points are not followed, we wont be able to proceed with the exchange.

We do not provide any reverse pickup. The package needs to be sent back within 3 days of receiving our response on the email, in the failure of which the exchange stands cancelled

The product needs to be sent in its original packaging & jewellery is to be placed inside the ziplock. If its found, that damage has occured because the product was not packaged well, the charges are to be borne by the buyer.

An exchange product will be sent within 3-4 days of receiving the product. Exchange credit will be issued with 3 months validity if the customer wishes to purchase at a later point of time.
